I had such a great experience at Premier Smile Center! The entire team was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The office is super clean and modern, and they really take the time to explain everything clearly. Everyone there is so gentle, patient, and genuinely cares about your smile. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy dentist and a friendly atmosphere!

I’ve been with her for a couple of years now, and she’s been absolutely outstanding in every way. She’s incredibly thorough, careful, and detail-oriented, always going above and beyond to make sure everything is done perfectly. What makes her exceptional is that she doesn’t just focus on the cosmetic side—she also takes into account how oral health connects to overall health. Because I have a medical condition, she has been very thoughtful, empathetic, and caring, tailoring my treatment plan to support both my dental and overall well-being. Dr. Johnson created a fantastic, comprehensive plan for me—from Invisalign to bonding and bridges—to restore not only my smile, but also my confidence and overall health. Every visit feels personal, and I always leave knowing I’m in the best hands. Her staff is wonderful too—professional, warm, and always attentive. I have only been home 5 minutes and l am writing immediately to let others know what a great experience l just had with Dr Charmaine Johnson, my new orthodontist, and the dental assistant who did my intake and photos, Natifa. I had been with one practice for 8 years that closed its Ft Lauderdale office and l got tired of driving to Miami. One thing l needed was an orthodontist to take over my braces adjustments. My long, complicated dental history includes a periodontist, and Dr Johnson decided she and Dr Cook needed to get on the phone together with me to create a new treatment plan that would deal with prevention of future bone loss, among other things. I've never met a doctor so proactive and so logical, willing to stop her day a few minutes to find out the cell phone(!) of my OTHER dental practitioner and text him to arrange a 3-person call while l am in his office next week! From my point of view, this is far above and beyond what most doctors do, but she quickly saw my situation and the need to keep my complicated dental progress on track. The practice is big, clean and modern. The many employees all seem happy, busy and organized. OH, and there was no music demanding attention and no TV with daytime shows droning on. Even with many different exam areas and work stations, the entire place had only a low, calm hum in the background. I used to wear earplugs to tune out the music and TV noise at my last practice! I almost hate to mention money, and l was prepared for a pretty stiff consultation fee, but Dr Johnson simply said to give me the $79 "new patient special". I definitely felt special. I also was pleased by the organized, pleasant front-desk staff. Three-hour parking is free on the south side of the long parking strip.

I cannot recommend Gigi (the dental assistant) enough! She truly embodies what a great dental professional should be. I had a bit of dental anxiety, but Gigi was incredible at putting me at ease from the moment I sat down. She is also extremely thorough, gentle, and meticulous during the procedure, making sure everything was perfect without causing any discomfort. I really appreciate how well she explains procedures clearly, taking the time to answer all my questions so I knew exactly what was happening. Plus, the appointment was surprisingly quick and efficient—no wasted time! If you are looking for skill, clarity, and comfort, ask for Gigi!"

I needed a new dentist and I will definitely be sticking with Premier Smile Center. Their entire team is very professional and kind. I'm so appreciative that they were able to squeeze me in same-day when I had an emergency. I'm also a little bit of a baby and they were so patient with me. Dr. Johnson took her time to explain everything and make sure I was comfortable, Gigi the dental assistant was amazing at calming my nerves and even wrote me a card to check up on me after my appointment. Dr. Han and Dr. Bui were also incredible, they somehow managed to make a root canal and filling painless! Thank you so much to the entire team!!

I had such a great experience. The entire team made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. I honestly didn’t feel anything during the procedure, which was a huge relief, and they were incredibly fast without ever feeling rushed. Everyone was so kind, gentle, and sweet, and they really took the time to make sure I was okay the whole time. This was such a positive experience. Highly recommend!

Premier Smile Center has truly become my go-to dentist. Coming from a dentist who didn’t show much interest in my overall dental health, the experience here was a night-and-day difference. Dr. Johnson was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain every question I had about my teeth. She never rushed the appointment and made sure all the necessary tests were done to properly diagnose my concerns. I also absolutely loved her dental assistant, Gigi! She was amazing—made the X-rays quick and easy and helped me feel completely relaxed throughout the visit. The entire team made me feel cared for, and I finally feel confident about my dental health again.

I was on vacation in Florida when I suddenly experienced a painful dental emergency. Dr. Johnson and her team saw me incredibly fast — literally within minutes of walking in. The staff was welcoming, efficient, and very professional. Dr. Johnson diagnosed my issue accurately and explained everything clearly. Even though this was a short-term emergency visit, she treated me effectively and got me out of pain so I could enjoy the rest of my trip. I genuinely felt cared for, and the whole team handled the situation wonderfully. If you ever need emergency dental care in the area, I highly recommend Dr. Johnson and her practice. I had a really good experience at Primer Smile Center. Andy was very kind, patient, and made me feel comfortable during my visit. He explained everything clearly and made sure I was okay throughout the appointment. The staff was friendly, the office was clean, and the overall experience made me feel much less nervous about going to the dentist. I truly appreciate the care and attention I received and would definitely recommend this place to others!

I had a visit with Andy the hygienist today at Premier smile I couldn’t be happier with the results first of all he’s professional. Explains everything in detail.. And the outcome was perfect. I would recommend him to anyone if you have fear of the dentist here no more go to Andy. I have to add Dr. Johnson and her staff has been absolutely wonderful in particular Gigi, who is a dental assistant at premier smile. Gigi has such a personality to make you feel comfortable. She has a compassionate smile and such a professional attitude about her work. She makes sure that you are feeling comfortable Throughout any procedure/Treatment that’s needed. I give her five stars she is outstanding!!!
